Prvi Maj facility bought by consortium from Pirot

The consortium of the Strajt company and Bojan Panic from Pirot has bought the Modna Kuca “Prvi Maj” complex for RSD 82 million, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced.

The complex is located at 5 Pirotskih Ratnika Square and is a part of the property of the clothes manufacturer AD Prvi Maj in bankruptcy.

The initial price for this three-tier facility, with a total of 1,812 m2 of space, was RSD 49.6 million. The sole owner of the beverage wholesaler Strajt from Pirot is Aleksandar Djordjevic.
