Within the scope of the restructuring process in company "Gruner+Jahr International", under the leadership of Dr. Torsten-Jorn Klein, there have been some personal changes that will also affect the operations of "G+J International" in the market of Serbia. Serbian branch office of "Adria Media Holding", the joint project by companies "Sanoma Magazines International", "Styria Media" and "Gruner+Jahr" in the countries of former SFRY, will be run by Dr. Alexander Teutsch (38), the Strategic and Development Manager in "G+J International" at the moment, starting from January 1st, 2010.

Bernd Rademann (42), the Director General of "Adria Media Serbia" at the moment, has been appointed as the new Manager of Affairs and Vice President of "G+J International", and he will assume his position on January 1st, 2010.
