Austrian Biomin GmbH to take over Novi Sad-based distributor of animal feed Vinfeed

Biomin GmbH is buying all the shares of the Serbian company Vinfeed doo from Novi Sad, one of the leading distributors of animal feed in Serbia.

Biomin GmbH is a member of the Austrian group ERBER, the leading group of global companies for food protection and animal feed.

The agreements was signed on December 18, 2019. The parties agreed not to reveal the sales and purchase price, it was said on the website of the BDK Advokati Law Office, which advised Biomin GmbH in this transaction.
