Hotel Crni Vrh opens on Divcibare – Completion of sports hall with five courts announced for 2020

The recently built Hotel Crni Vrh has opened on Divicibare as the first luxury tourist-sports complex on this mountain. This is a hotel-sports complex built by basketball player Milos Teodosic and his brother. The value of the investment is EUR 7.8 million.

The new hotel has four stars, three levels and 111 rooms and apartments. It is located in a peaceful environment of a pine forest, and the entire complex spreads on 2.2 hectares of land.

Eighty workers are employed there, and the complex also features a wellness and spa center equipped with an indoor pool, a biosauna, a steam bath, a gym, a jacuzzi, and there's also a restaurant, a bar and a lounge bar, as well as a playroom for children.

The hotel also features a congress hall with 350 seats. When it comes to the development of sports and athletes of all kinds, it is especially important that a modern sports hall is being built right next to the hotel, complying with the FIBA standards. It will be connected to the main building by a heated corridor and will be suitable for local and international tournaments.

The sports hall, which will have five sports courts – for basketball, football and other sports – will be completed in 2020, according to the announcements.

The construction of the hotel complex, which will contribute to the development of tourism in a part of western Serbia, took less than two years, and ecology, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources were all taken into consideration during the construction.

The choice of natural material – stone from Bileca and Pirot, wood and other materials – help integrate the hotel into the mountain environment.
