Construction of wellness center in Ada starts – Vacation oasis on 2,300 m2 worth RSD 438 million

(Future look of the wellness center) The Municipality of Ada will soon get a wellness center on 2,300 m2. The construction agreement was signed with the Novi Sad-based company Best Izgradnja, which has 550 days to complete the job. The investment is worth RSD 438,119,434.55 without VAT.

– The wellness center will have three pools, two of which will have water heated by thermal energy, whereas one will contain thermal water. The upper floor will feature a jacuzzi, saunas, a steam bath and massage rooms, and the facility will also contain a children's corner and a two-tier bar – Tibor Juhas, the director of JRP Adica, says for eKapija.

The wellness center will be open throughout the year, with a capacity of up to 160 guests.

According to Juhas, this is only the first phase, whereas the second phase entails the construction of outdoor pools.

As said in the documentation, in the first phase, the pools will operate under the rotating thermal water system, whereas, at a later stage, when it comes to mineral water, the pool will work under the alternating system of filling up and draining out, with maximum compliance with hygienic requirements.
