"Invej" to buy new factory - "Milan Blagojevuć" from Smederevo

Zemun-based company "Invej" has announced offer for procurement of stocks of company for production of household appliances "Milan Blagojević" from Smederevo. According to the offer, "Invej" is interested in procurement of 25% of stocks at price of 2,000 CSD per stock.

Nominal value of stocks of that factory is 600 CSD. The last price of the stocks at the Belgrade Stock Exchange was 1,801 CSD. State owns 23.69% of stocks, whereas minor stockholders have about 76% of stocks.
