In Novi Sad rises a modern Shop-Shop center - 8 mil EUR

The work on building a new business-trade center Shop-Shop in Novi Sad, at the corner of Czar Lazar Boulevar and Boulevar of liberation, is coming to an end, and the opening is planned for the spring of 2006.

This will be one of the most modern architectural constructions in the country, which will be carrying in every sense an epithet of an “intelligent building”, because Shop-Shop is equipped with automatic systems for computer monitoring, with object management from one control-commanding center, and the latest fireproof and breaking protective systems, with system for carbon-dioxid and liquid oil gas detection, with telephone IP central, cable TV, Internet access ect.

The investitor is a company from Cypress Kunta Investment LTD, and the designer is architect Dusan Miladinovic. The objects lies on the surface of 14.800 square meters, with 6 floors, panoramic elevator, and garage with 350 places. The value of the investment is 8 milions of euros.

On 4000 square meters will be numerous stores, and a special agency is already making choice between the interesting parties and their famous brands, because this is one of the conditions to be part of the center.
