Negotiations about purchasing HTP "Koral" start, offered price 4.55 milions of euros

Privatization Council of the Montenegro Government has decided to begin negotiations about purchasing 37 % of bonds of the hotel-touristic company «Korali» from Bar, with only one offer – consortium of the 4 funds and the company. For the purchase of «Koral» bonds a consortium of the privatization – investment funds of Atlasmont and Trend has applied, of slovenian NFD Holding and Podgorica company Fin Invest, which offered together 4.55 milion euros. The Council assigned a tendency commitee for tourism to invite this consortium to negotiations about signing the contract of sale.
