Serbia is offered connection to Romanian gas system

Serbia will soon be connected to Romanian gas system. The project for the connecting, which will be carried out by means of pipeline 8 km long between Mokrin and Arad, will be elaborated until New Year. That will be carried out by Public Company "Srbijagas" and Romanian "Transgas".

At the same time, Serbia sent official initiative to Romania to join realization of NABUKO project, which is strategically very important to EU, as soon as possible, because that route will be used for supply of West European market with Caspian and Iranian gas.
