Municipality of Tivat inviting bids for construction of residential buildings

The Municipality of Tivat has opened a public invitation for bids for the construction of residential facilities within DUP Mazina. The area consists of four building parcels whose only owner is the municipality.

As said in the public invitation, the municipality obliges to provide the building land, free the investor from having to pay for equipping the building land with utilities, prepare project and technical documentation for all facilities and provide supervision over the construction of all facilities.

The selected contractor will oblige to build and equip a turnkey facility, in line with the revised project and technical documentation and all the other requirements of the public invitation and the accompanying documentation, meet the supervision requirements in the shortest amount of time possible and equip the location with utilities – connect the facilities to water supply, sewerage and power infrastructure.

The contractor obliges to build and put the facilities into function within 300 days of the date of the signing of the contract.

All legal entities that apply within the deadline are eligible.

The bid submission deadline is November 29, 2019. The commission will select the best bidder or reach the decision on terminating the procedure within 7 days from the final submission deadline.
