"Triglav" offers 5m EUR for stocks of "Lovćen osiguranje"

- Slovenian insurance company "Triglav" has offered 5.42m EUR for 41.14% of state-owned stocks of "Lovćen osiguranje", that is, 65 EUR per stock - the Government's Privatization Council announced. That is the only bid on the tender that was announced in August and closed on October 26th.

People from the Privatization Council announced that the Tender Committee would check formal regularity of the bid and evaluate it in 15 days at the latest.

"Triglav" is the largest individual owner of "Lovćen osiguranje" with 48.25% of stock capital in its possession.

Insurance company "Lovćen" is the largest of 11 insurance companies in Montenegro, with the market share of 60%.
