"Alfa plam" to pay second half of dividend

Vranje-based manufacturer of stoves and kitchen ranges "Alfa plam" has announced on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange that it will pay 50% of net dividend for year 2008 today (October 26, 2009).

Domestic juristic persons will be paid 200 RSD per stock, domestic physical persons will get 168 RSD per stock, while foreign juristic and physical persons, as well as custody persons, will obtain 160 RSD per stock.

For total of 174,812 issued stocks of "Alfa plam", 31.77m RSD will be paid through the Central Registry.

The Stockholding Assembly of "Alfa plama" made the decision in spring 2009 to spend 69.92m RSD out of 353.34m RSD worth of registered profit in 2008 on payment od dividends.

It was also decided on that occasion that the dividend be paid in two equal installments - - on June 22nd and October 26th.

The stocks of "Alfa plam" are traded in Standard market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange. These securities now cost 10,000 RSD, while their maximum value of 10,990 RSD was registered in September 2009, and the minimum value of 4,820 RSD was reached in December 2008.
