Unfinished building with heliport in New Belgrade up for sale – Price RSD 2.3 billion.

The business complex B23 Office Park, the now very well known building with a heliport, which has stood unfinished for over 10 years next to the highway, across from the Arena, has finally been put up for sale, as recently announced for eKapija by Radosav Gojak, the bankruptcy supervisor of Beta 23. d.o.o.

Beta 23 is offered up for sale through public bidding as a legal entity, the most important property of which consists of office space – building under construction, of around 60,000 m2, that is, the said building with a heliport and 7 floors.

The offer also includes the equipment and the stock meant to be installed in the unfinished facility.

The initial price is RSD 2,265,714,158, and the deposit is RSD 906,285,663.

The bidding increment at the public bidding is RSD 50 million.

The ad says that Beta 23 is bought as seen and that the property can be viewed until November 25, after the documentation is purchased at RSD 1.2 million.

The public bidding will be held on December 2, 2019, at noon, at the company’s address in Belgrade.
