"Tetrapak" set aside 9m EUR for new machine in factory in Gornji Milanovac

Swedish factory "Tetrapak" in the city under Rudnik mountain invests even during the year of the crisis. The company has invested total of 13m EUR this year, 9m EUR of which have been set aside for purchase of cutting-edge mammoth printing machine. Thanks to that procurement, the annual production of 1.7 billion production units (packaging for liquid food) will be increased to 2.2 billion.


Igor Nesterenko, the Director General of "Tetrapak" for the countries of former Yugoslavia and Albania, said that the press on October 23rd.

- "Tetrapak" has 42 factories in the world, ten of which are in Europe, while the one in Milanovac is maybe the best. The packagings produced in this factory are delivered to the addresses of 150 buyers in 37 countries. Only 30% of production is sold to the buyers in Serbia. The factory is among top ten exporters in Serbia although it employs only 82 workers - said Nesterenko.
