TV station "Smederevo" for sale at auction at price of 90,000 RSD

The Privatization Agency has announced the invitation for participation in the auction on December 11th for sale of public companies: TV station "Smederevo" and Radio station "Smederevo".

Total estimated value of the capital that will be privatized is 451,000 RSD, which is 70% of overall capital of the commercial subject. The deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 484 EUR, and the starting price is 90,000 RSD.

According to the data provided by the Privatization Agency, TV station "Smederevo" has 43 employees.

The Privatization Agency has also announced the invitation for participation in the auction for sale of Radio station "Smederevo" on December 11th.

Radio station "Smederevo" has the administrative building at 593 square meters and the transmitter at 49 square meters in the Godomin field. Total number of employees is 17.
