- Turkey wants to invest in development of Sandžak in order for the Bosniaks to have as good position in Serbia as possible, which should also reduce tensions in that region. The two-day visit of the President of Turkey, Abdulah Gul, will also be the occasion for the talks about the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina - the sources of "Blic" claim.

Invited by the President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, the President of Turkey will start his official two-day visit to Serbia on Monday, October 26th. After he arrives in Belgrade, Mr. Gul will first meet with his host Boris Tadić.

The two presidents will first talk alone, and then with the members of the delegations, after which several bilateral agreements should be signed. Tadić and Gul will address the participants in the Business Forum in hotel "Hyatt" on Monday afternoon. The President of the Parliament, Slavica Đukić Dejanović, has canceled the special meeting of the Parliament on October 26th, which was supposed to be attended by the President of Turkey, because certain changes occurred in the programme of his stay in Belgrade. He should have a meeting on that day with the representatives of Bosniaks from Sandžak, the leaders of SDP and SDA, Rasim Ljajić and Sulejman Ugljanin, respectively.

On the second day of the visit - Tuesday, October 27th, Tadić and his guest will visit the Peace Chapel in Sremski Karlovci and tour the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad. On the same day, the presidents will be attending the meeting dedicated to "Economic Development of Sandžak" in "Srbija" Palace.

It is interesting that Turkish President will not have official meetings with the representatives of Islamic community - Muamer Zukorlić and Adem Zilkić.
