Seminar for civil engineers, designers and builders – Use of Eurocodes in concrete and reinforced concrete structures

The Regional Chamber of Commerce of Nis, in cooperation with the Standardization Institute of Serbia and the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (UNMZ), is organizing a two-day civil engineering seminar on October 30-31 in Nis, aiming to expand the knowledge of structural design in line with Eurocode 2, meant for construction engineers, designers and builders.

Training will be available in English and Serbian.

Each participant gets:

– a copy of a translation of the publication “Eurocode 2: Background & Applications, Design of Concrete Buildings – Worked Examples”, published by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission. This is a practical workbook which contains detailed examples of designing in line with Eurocode 2 and is a basis for designing concrete structures. The Serbian translation was financially supported within the Czech Project for Cooperation Development.
