The Government of Serbia has won the dispute with consortium "Alpine-Porr" before the court in Vienna over the banking guarantee of 10m EUR for construction of Horgoš-Požega highway, which will be paid to the budget of Serbia.

Namely, the decision made by a first-level court, according to which the banking guarantee belongs to Serbia, was confirmed last week.
