Novi Sad Health Center seeking contractors for reconstruction of outpatient clinic in Liman

The Novi Sad Health Center will be seeking contractors for the reconstruction of the outpatient clinic in Liman IV over the next month. The job should be done over the next year.

The deadline for the execution of works is 400 days, and the guarantee for the works done cannot be shorter than two years from the date of the completion. The works have been estimated at slightly over RSD 692 million.

The project entails a full reconstruction, during which the movable equipment and the staff will move to another outpatient clinic. As the city planned two years ago, during the preparation of the project, the construction of a new building in Patrijarha Pavla Blvd helped reduce the workload of the Emergency Service, which will enable the moving of a part of the health center in Liman to Vrsacka Street once the reconstruction starts.

The investor is not the City, as the founder of the Health Center, but the institution itself. This summer, the Town Council transferred the investor rights and obligations for the reconstruction project on behalf of the City to it, so this procurement procedure was subsequently added to the public procurement plan.

The tender is open until November 19.

Let us remind that the construction of a new outpatient clinic of the Health Center in Adice is expected as well, considering that the preparation of this project is being completed as well.
