Investors from Netherlands and Belgium negotiate on construction of luxury tourist complex on Zlatibor

Group of investors from Netherlands and Belgium within the consortium that deals with real estates and environment protection is interested in construction of a luxury tourist complex with five stars in Zlatibor's village of Semegnjevo.
As the people from the municipality of Čajetina explained, the representatives of this consortium, of which headquarters is in Netherlands, have been staying on Zlatibor over the last few days where they spoke to the officials of local self-government about their intention to have the tourist complex with 150 houses built at 15 ha of land in Semegnjevo. That complex would become an exclusive gathering place for rich European clients. As they announced, the facilities would be built of wood and stone only. In addition to aforementioned houses, the complex would also comprise a series of accompanying details, such as sports courts, swimming pools and other contents that are usual for the tourist offer of high category, and they would even offer some non-standard services.
According to Bojana Božanić, the Assistant to the Mayor, Čajetina is interested in backing such project and, in the next round of negotiations with the investors, the municipality will offer its help in construction of access road and public utility equipping. It has been announced that the new delegation will arrive on Zlatibor in few weeks. The task of that delegation will be to purchase the remaining land. According to valid informal price list, 1 acre of lot in Semegnjevo costs between 400 and 700 EUR.
