Construction of business park in heart of Novi Beograde, 126,000 square meters, investment worth €120m

President of Borough of Novi Beograd, Željko Ožegović, and Gili Dekel, general director of company Airport City Belgrade, visited building site of namesake business complex whose construction in 88 Omladinskih brigada Street is underway.

14 most modern business buildings will be built on the surface of about 12 ha. The first two, of which construction is in progress, should be completed in 2006 and one of them will be completed already in March. Thus, Belgrade will obtain 18,000 new square meters of office space of class "A", whereas, following completion of entire project, 126,000 square meters will be built, construction of which will cost €120m.

This concept of office space is named “business-park” and it represents city in the city, because the complex will contain offices, stores, restaurants, coffee shops and hotels, as well as big number of parking spaces and reliable security.
