Land at Autokomanda 2 location sold to only bidder – Business space planned

The land at the Autokomanda 2 location has been sold to the only bidder at the initial price of RSD 130,360,893.04.

The buyer is Film Fliks, a company registered at 10 Juzni Blvd in Belgrade, whose director is Vojislav Bacevic.

As was told to eKapija at the public bidding, business space is to be built, but it is not yet known when the works are to begin.

Let us remind that the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency advertised the sale of 2,564 m2 of land within the complex of the office-commercial center Autokomanda 2 in early September.
