GTC to have trade center built in Osijek - EBRD considers granting loan of about 40m EUR for construction

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) considers granting a loan of maximum 41.1m EUR to company "GTC nekretnine istok" for construction of a trade center in Osijek and expansion of the company's operations to Croatia.

According to EBRD's announcement, the board of that finance institution will make the decision about the loan on November 17th.

GTC operates in Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Montenegro and another three countries in central and east Europe, it is one of the leaders in construction business, and it has 1.5m square meters of office and retail space and residential facilities in different phases of development in that region.

According to the announcement, construction of the trade center in Osijek should make it possible for GTC to satisfy the needs for retail facilities that are built according to international standards, as well as to attract quality tenants.
