Twelfth factory being built at Paracin industrial zone – New investors interested in investing

The twelfth production facility is being built at the industrial zone in Paracin.

– Seventeen companies have bought parcels, another facility of 1,200 m2 has obtained a building permit, the decisions on the sale of parcels for another three investors will be discussed at the Municipal Council, next week, two potential purchasers are waiting for the re-parcelation, and then there’s the upcoming construction of an industrial park. The industrial zone has already justified all the expectations, and a re-parcelation of a large area of land is to follow – said the president of the Municipality of Paracin, Sasa Paunovic, as reported by the Infocentrala portal.

The estimated value of the industrial park is around EUR 2 million.
