Telekom Srbija authorized to acquire Novi Pazar-based company Vizija

The Commission for Protection of Competition (KZK) has authorized Telekom Srbija’s acquisition of Radio Difuzno Preduzeće Vizija d.o.o. Novi Pazar, which distributes media content and internet through its own cable network in the territories of the municipalities of Tutin and Sjenica, as announced on the official website of KZK.

In a summary procedure, KZK approved the concentration of the market participants arising through the acquisition of direct individual control of Telekom Srbija over Vizija Novi Pazar.

Vizija is registered for production of TV program, has no subsidiaries and owns branch offices in Sjenica and Tutin.

In this transaction, Telekom Srbija is the purchaser, whereas the sellers are the co-owners of Vizija, Denis Mavric and Nihad Hadzic, both from Novi Pazar.
