As could be seen, the plan is to build facilities for the needs of the new Control and Measurement Center Belgrade within the complex, which should feature technical, administrative and operating structures, as well as side structures. A 4-floor building is planned, and the antenna masts will be up to 50 meters tall. The exact height will be specified during the preparation of the Draft Plan, in cooperation with the competent institutions.
The documentation says that parking spaces for official vehicles also need to be provided.
Natural gas will be used for heating.
The plan covers a 15-ha area, and the entire complex should have 260 employees.
The preparation of the plan was commissioned by RATEL, and the town planning consultant was the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction. The drafting authority was the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade.
