The Business Registers Agency (APR) today issued another warning saying that the envelopes containing payment slips for registration at the Company Register, which are being sent to home addresses by mail, do not come from the Agency.

– Regarding the new inquiries by users, APR repeats the warning to companies and enterprises, especially the recently founded ones, that the payment slips for the amounts of 4,000 and 16,000 dinars, allegedly for “the registration of newly founded legal entities at PrivredniRegistar.rs” do not come from the Agency and that they have nothing to do with the legal obligation of registering – the press release says.

APR emphasizes that the process of registration and publishing data online at www.apr.gov.rs is carried out exclusively through registration forms filed in line with the Law on the Process of Registration at the Business Registers Agency.

– The envelopes being sent these days are, then, commercial in nature and registered entities are not obliged to accept them – APR says.
