"Rad holding" offered for sale for the third time

The Privatization Agency of Serbia announced the third tender for sale of 70% of capital of Belgrade-based company "Rad holding" on October 8, 2009.

The applications for purchase of tender dossier can be submitted prior to November 6th, while the obligatory bids with the banking guarantees worth 100,000 EUR will be received prior to November 20th.

All companies that have been dealing with rough construction works and civil engineering works over the last three years and turned minimum 4m EUR worth of incomes in 2008, as well as the investors whose incomes exceeded 6m EUR, can bid on the tender.

"Rad holding", which is the heir of building company "Rad" that was founded in 1947, employs 151 workers. Together with eight dependent companies, three of which are active, it has 185 employees.

Total incomes of the holding in 2008 amounted to 351m RSD, while the expenses reached the amount of 365.7m RSD, so that business losses amount to 14.7m RSD.
