- Serbia annually spends only 10% of 900m USD worth of funds provided by the World Bank - Simon Grey, the Manager of the office of that institution in Serbia, told B92.

- That practically means that the realization of the projects, of which implementation elsewhere usually lasts for four years, lasts twice as long in Serbia - says Simon Grey.
