Intral BH to start producing ballet shoes – Cooperation with global manufacturer of footwear for professionals agreed

The Tuzla-based company Intral BH will start producing ballet shoes for professional dancers for an American manufacturer in early October, the director of Intral BH, Alija Sehovic, told eKapija.

– We have managed to develop the project of the production of ballet shoes for professionals. Cooperation was agreed with suppliers as well, so we will start producing certain amounts, which will grow with time.

He added that, in the current season, they had also started producing for the German brand Samler from Pirmasens.

– Of the other business partners that Intral BH cooperates with, the French company Mephisto is crucial. Through its commercial networks, this company puts products made in Tuzla on the markets of Europe, North and South America, Asia, China...

Another well known client and partner, Sehovic emphasizes, is the Austrian Lorenz Shoe Group, which has world renowned footwear brands and which also sells its products worldwide.

– The current monthly capacities are 1,200 to 1,500 pairs.

Sehovic explains that the purchase of real estate from the former Aida has facilitated the production, but notes that Intral BH uses only 40% of the capacities.

– We plan to sell or rent unused halls and land – Sehovic told eKapija.
