- The US President, Barack Obama, has appointed James Warlick as the Ambassador to Sofia - Bulgarian agency "Fokus" announced.
What is interesting is that Obama also appointed Mary Warlick, James' wife, as the Ambassador to Serbia.
James was the Manager of the Office for European Security. Prior to May 2009, Mary Warlick had been the Acting Deputy Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine, and Euro-Asia.
