"Kluz Kozara" at auction on November 20th

The Privatization Agency will offer company "Kluz Kozara" for sale at the auction on November 20th, and the estimated value of 70% of the company's capital amounts to 905.4m RSD. The minimum amount of mandatory investments is 18.8m RSD.

Two factory buildings at total surface of 13,887 square meters in Mite Ružića Street in Belgrade are offered for sale, as well as a boiler room, administrative building and several production lines.

Total business incomes of the company in 2008 amounted to 36.7m RSD, while the expenses reached the amount of 152.3m RSD.

The workers of "Kluz Kozara" protested on several occasions in front of the Ministry of Economy asking for the auction for sale of that company to be scheduled.

They claimed that there was potential buyer interested in that company, Turkish company "Čeliktaš", but the obstacles were the debts of 22m EUR to Beobanka, which had been supposed to be written off by the Agency for Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks with the help of the state.

Company "Kluz - trgovačka mreža", of which workers protested together with the workers of "Kluz Kozara" and whose estimated value of capital that will be privatized amounts to about 508.6m RSD, that is, about 5.4m EUR, will also be offered for sale at the same auction.
