"Jat tehnika" started servicing fleet of "Jat Airways"

- The mechanics of "Jat tehnika" have started servicing airplanes of "Jat Airways" after the agreement was reached on payment of part of the debt of Serbian airliner - said Srđan Mišković, the CEO of "Jat tehnika".

- The most important thing is that the air transportation be stabilized - he told Beta agency and added that "Jat tehnika" had got guarantees that the money for salaries would be paid by Monday.

"Jat Airways" canceled the flights on September 29th because the airplane maintenance company "Jat tehnika" stopped servicing the fleet of Serbian national airliner because of the debt of 110m RSD (about 1.2m EUR).

As people from "Jat Airways" told Beta agency, there is still no information on the exact date when the air transportation will be normalized, but what is for sure is that the scheduled Belgrade-London flight at 10.55 AM will not be canceled.
