"Srbijagas" bought all stocks from the fifth issue of "Informatika"


- The capital of Belgrade-based company "Informatika" has been increased by 220m RSD after public company “Srbijagas” bought all stocks from the fifth issue – the company for production of computer equipment and IT engineering announced today (October 1st, 2009) on the website of the Stock Exchange.
"Informatika" issued 55,000 securities of nominal value of 1,200 RSD in the fifth issue of common stocks for "Srbijagas", and total value of the issue was 66m RSD.
Novi Sad-based "Srbijagas" bought all the stocks for total of 220m RSD, that is, at the price of 4,000 RSD per common stock of "Informatika".
According to the Law on Securities and Financial Instruments Market, the securities from the fifth issue can not be the subject of the secondary public offer on the Stock Exchange for, at least, 12 months from the day of the issue.
By the way, "Informatika" registered 1.94 billion RSD worth of incomes and gross profit of 136.32m RSD in 2008.
Trading in the stocks of that company on the Belgrade Stock Exchange started in May 2007. At the moment, that security costs 3,617 RSD, while its maximum value in the last 12 months of 7,170 RSD was registered in October 2008, and the minimum value of 2,800 RSD was reached in April 2009.
According to the current price, the value of market capitalization of "Informatika" is 465.89m RSD.
