Hotel “Novi Sad” in Novi Sad for sale, auction on October 27, 2005

Privatization Agency has scheduled auction for sale of hotel Novi Sad that is settled on very attractive location, at the entrance to the city, next to the railway and intercity bus station. Estimated value of 55.3% amounts to €2.6m. The hotel now has 3 start, 240 beds in 120 rooms, whereas the capacity of the restaurant with the annex is about 250 guests. Required investments are estimated to 8.3 million CSD, but the investments will probably be much bigger, because of the location.
