"Elektroporcelan" sold for 350,000 EUR

- Aranđelovac-based company "Elektroporcelan" in restructuring has been sold to the consortium comprising Ukrainian company "Color S.I.M." and Belgrade-based VTV "Makler" and VTV "Insulator" for 350,000 EUR – the Privatization Agency announced today (October 1st, 2009).

The buyer has promised to invest 1.5m EUR in the company within the next four years.

That was the third tender for sale of 99.16% of capital of "Elektroporcelana", while the previous two did not attract interested potential buyers.

The decision about restructuring of that company was made in April 2006, and the first tender was announced in November 2007.

"Elektroporcelan" produces ceramic insulators and electro-installation materials, and its product portfolio includes about 2,000 products.
