Project for cross-border cooperation between Hungary and Vojvodina - institutions from Vojvodina to apply for 16.6m EUR worth of funds

- Starting today (September 30, 2009) the institutions from Vojvodina can apply for the funds from the Project for cross-border cooperation with Hungary, of which value is 16.6m EUR - said the Director of the Office for European Affairs of Vojvodina, Predrag Novikov.

- Priorities in Vojvodina are infrastructure and environment protection, economy, with the accent on support to small and mid-sized enterprises for strengthening production and trading relations with neighbors - Mr. Novikov pointed out at the presentation of that Project in Novi Sad.

He added that important fields in Vojvodina were also education, culture, art, and tourism.
