Industrija Motora Rakovica up for sale again

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of Industrija Motora Rakovica.

As said, the subject of the sale is the business complex in Rakovica with seven connected production halls with 15 facilities for the production of machines, a hotel, the head office building, two substations, a gas station and a boiler room. Also up for sale is a separate production complex in Cajetina with the facilities for the production of machines, production halls in Cajetina, the equipment of the factory for the production of engines, tractors and tractor cabins, tools and supplies, the 100% stake in the working capital of Institut IMP doo Beograd Rakovica and receivables.

The value of the company has been estimated at around RSD 2.93 billion.

The final deadline for the submission of bids is September 30, at 10.45 am, whereas the public bidding will be held on the same day at 11 am.

Let us remind that the previous sale of the company was pronounced unsuccessful. In late May, Lilly Drogerie offered RSD 354 million for this former giant, which was 50% below the estimated value.
