Refurbished "Jugoremedija" awaits the buyer – production to start on October 2nd

- After more than one year of stoppage because of the refurbishment of units, production in pharmaceutical factory "Jugoremedija" will be started again on October 2nd – said Zdravko Deurić, the Acting Director and the President of the Administrative Board of that pharmaceutical company.

"Jugoremedija" owes about 10m EUR to banks, and it has invested that money in expansion of production and construction of new units, which was necessary for the company to obtain required international certificates.

Deurić said that Belgrade-based company "Energoprojekt investicije" was close to end the contracted works and that technical reception lay ahead, which was the reason why he called putting of the unit in operation on October 2nd symbolical.

Deurić expects technical reception and the arrival of strategic partners for the sake of new sale of the factory with 58% of capital in the possession of minor stockholders, while 42% of the capital is owned by the state.
