Vektra Boka selling motels, restaurant and land in Herceg Novi

The Board of Directors of Vektra Boka from Herceg Novi has advertised the sale of a part of the company’s property through a public collection of bids.

As said in the ad, the offer consists of several facilities owned by the company, and the most valuable property consists of the Galeb restaurant, worth around EUR 4.43 million, and Motel Dubrava, which is being sold at the price of EUR 2.6 million. Also up for sale are Motel Borici, the Rose land, the land by Hotel Rivijera in Njivice, the land in Sutorina and two parcels in Topla.

Eligible tenderers are all legal and natural persons that meet the requirements and send bids by September 23, 2019. The property will be sold to the bidder who offers the highest purchasing price.
