Housing cooperative "Kosovo" seeks co-investor for construction of business facility in Takovska Street in Belgrade

Housing cooperative in bankruptcy "Kosovo" has announced a tender for selection of co-investor for the second phase of construction of the business facility at gross surface of 3,000 square meters in 21-25 Takovska Street.

Construction of the business facility in aforementioned location comprises two phases. The first phase included construction of aboveground section of the business facility at 2,136.46 square meters and underground section at 764.72 sqm.

What still needs to be built in the second phase is the aboveground section at about 850 square meters and an underground section, which is also the subject of selection of co-investor for construction of the business facility.

The obligation of the co-investor is to finance second phase of construction of the business facility in aforementioned location, as well as to design the project dossier with all necessary conditions and consents for construction.

The estimated value of the property is 3,500 EUR per square meter, and that value is neither a minimally acceptable value, nor obligatory in any other way for the bidder when the amount of the bid is set.

Deadline for submission of bids is October 26, 2009.
