Geourb Group does 3D laser scanning of Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade – Basic design data collected for reconstruction

Geourb Group has performed 3D laser scanning of the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade. Scanning of the building was done for Vinci Airports to collect the he basic design and existing conditions data for the airport reconstruction. The scan was done from over 1,500 standing points.

The scanning was necessary due to the lacj of project documentation while the building itself had numerous appendages added and repairs done on it.

Walls, pile foundations , beams,piping and electrical wiring were subjects of the scan.
