Centropromet from Sid to sell nine shops

Centropromet a.d. from Sid is selling its immovable and movable property in a public bidding procedure, specifically nine shops and one two-room apartment, as well as its facilities.

The apartment has the lowest initial price that amounts to a little over RSD 830,000 whereas the shops in Cara Dusana Street have the highest initial price which amounts to almost RSD 45 million.

The deadline for purchase of tender documentation is September 12, 2019 which is also the deadline for putting down the deposit. The public bidding will be held on September 19, 2019.
