Exhibition of Jewellery, Watches and Optics opened at Novi Sad Fair

International exhibition of jewellery, watches and optics "Sjaj" was opened today (September 24, 2009) at the Novi Sad Fair.
This exhibition has gathered exhibitors from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and Turkey.
In addition to precious jewellery of gold, silver and other precious metals, diamonds, brilliants, pearls and other semi-precious and precious stones, sun and dioptrical glasses, the visitors will also be able to see tools and machines, disposable materials and new instruments for making jewellery.
The Museum of Vojvodina organizes exhibition of antic and medieval jewellery and old watches within the scope of aforementioned event. Old jewellery of historical value is made of steel and precious metals, and it originates from the archeological sites in Vojvodina.
At the exhibition, which was opened by the CEO of company "Vitanov" from Belgrade, Ana Vitanov Mihajlović, the visitors will also be able to see table and wall clocks from the 18th and 19th century, as well as pocket watches.
International jewellery exhibition "Sjaj" will be accompanied by the exhibition of exclusive collection of jewellery made by Slavoljub Đani Galić, an artist from Kragujevac. This exhibition named "Snovi Hilandara" will also be opened until Sunday.
The exhibition is open every day between 10 AM and 7 PM, and the ticket costs 250 RSD.
