Deadline for submission of bids for purchase of Chemical industry "Župa" - potential buyer is Czech-German consortium "Spolchemie"


- The deadline for submission of final, obligatory bids for purchase of 70% of capital of chemical industry (HI) "Župa" has been extended and it will expire on October 16th - the Privatization Agency announced.
The fourth tender for sale of Kruševac-based "Župa" was announced in February 2009. The deadline for purchase of dossier was extended three times, and this is the second extension of the deadline for submission of bids.
- Previously set deadline for submission of bids was September 30th. Potential buyer, Czech-German consortium "Spolchemie", has asked for some additional information, so that the deadline for submission of bids has been extended for another 15 days - the Director General of HI "Župa", Miroljub Milojević, told "Beta" agency.
He is of the opinion that aforementioned potential buyer, of which representatives already visited the company on several occasions, is very serious, and he expects that the necessary documentation will be submitted before the deadline.
The tender dossier has also been bought by Kruševac-based company "Plima holding".
