Mary Warlick - US Ambassador to Serbia

- The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, intends to appoint diplomat Mary Warlick as the new Ambassador of USA to Serbia - it is announced on the website of the White House.

While member of the State Department, Ms Warlick was the Head of the Office for Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. She also worked in the Department of Defense.

In order for Ms Warlock to be officially appointed as the Ambassador of USA to Serbia, the US Senate must first give its consent.
