WEG plans to make four-star hotel of Balkan, investment of €2m

New owner of "Balkan" hotel, company WEG Technology, plans to invest about €2m in the hotel. in the first 90 days, all rooms are equipped with new technical appliances. The idea was not to close the hotel and then renovate it, but to everything at the same time.

The new owner will not remove wood that dominates the hotel but it wants to make modern hotel that will keep the spirit of old times. Now, "Balkan" has 2 stars, but 4 stars are planned, after introduction of wireless internet... Besides organization of room, there will be six residential suites with beautiful view of Belgrade on the sixth floor instead of former offices.

Wellness center with all contents for relaxation and enjoyment will be opened next summer.
