Deadline for submitting consolidated financial reports for 2018 expiring

The Business Registers Agency reminds all persons controlling one or more legal entities, that is, those who are obligated to prepare and submit consolidated annual financial reports, in line with Article 27 of the Accountancy Law, that the deadline for submitting annual financial reports for 2018 expires on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at midnight.

All information regarding consolidated annual financial reports for 2018 was published in the pertinent section of the Register of Financial Reports - “Instructions for Submitting Financial Reports” - “Types of Reports for 2018 and Their Content” - “Consolidated Annual Financial Report”. The Business Registers Agency emphasizes that users need to install the latest version of the NexU app (1.17) in order to sign the documentation and the request electronically. It can be downloaded from the app for the signing of PDF documents. Users with old certificates issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs need to download the 1.06 version of the NexU app, the Business Registers Agency says on its website.
