Ulcinj-based “Galeb“ soon, most probably, in hands of Croatian company PMG Ragusa

The most luxurious facility of HTP “Ulcinjska rivijera“ – hotel “Galeb“, could soon become property of the Croats. Company “PGM Ragusa“, famous manufacturer of building material and owner of three Dubrovnik-based hotels, is the most serious candidate for procurement of Ulcinj-based hotel. The Croats offered €16m worth of long-term investments in organization of entire hotel complex. Unofficially, American company “Bećović management group“, offered €3.8m for procurement of “Galeb“ with €4m worth of investments. Frankfurt-based company “SZR Gastro GMBH“ offered €3.1m.
