Conference on strategic role of the Danube and its tributaries on September 26 and 27 in Veliko Gradište

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of International science forum "Danube - The River of Cooperation" and "World Rivers Day", an extension of the Conference on strategic role of the Danube and its tributaries in cross-border and regional cooperation in central Danubian zone will be organized in Veliko Gradište on September 26th and 27th.

Ceremonious opening of the Conference will take place one day earlier in Belgrade, in the hall of the Institute for International Policy and Economy, where the guests will be addressed by the representatives of authorities and authorized ministries and numerous European experts, while the introductory presentation will be held by the President of the Forum, Dr. Edita Stojić-Karanović.

There will be five working sessions in Veliko Gradište, the first four of which will be held on Saturday, while the fifth will be held on the next day.

About thirty experts - participants in the conference will be the guests from Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from other European countries and USA.
